We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operator / Fork Lift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves various tasks related to materials handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Operate counter balance forklifts and other warehouse equipment for materials handling.
- Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling and storage.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular checks on stock levels and report discrepancies as necessary.
- Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment.
