We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Clerk to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the export process for air, sea, and road transport, ensuring all export paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires a highly organized individual who is adept at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, handle, and manage all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure efficient and timely shipment of goods.
- Verify and process all export-related paperwork in compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
- Liaise with various departments, such as sales, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure seamless export operations.
- Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with export regulations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during transit.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their shipments and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of all export transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements affecting the export process.
- Work closely with customs agents to clear shipments for export.

Qualifications:
