Pastry Chefs will cook a classic but elevated Modern Cuisine based on French influences, delivering in the restaurant and the rooms alongside the very finest classics.
Pastry chefs will be cooking for a restaurant overseeing PDR and events within the offering. Head Pastry Chefs will have a solid and progressive background in classic cuisines, focusing on flavour and simplicity, letting the ingredients do the talking.
Head Pastry Chefs will lead a well-versed brigade in delivery and not just be confident cooks; knowledge of ingredients, regions, and solid producers and suppliers will be core to this role.
