<p>H9 Technical Recruitment are partnered with a Renewable Energy advisory client and hiring for a Vice President to be responsible for assisting with strong deal-flow to maintain the market position and enable future growth covering their Renewable Energy, Power and Infrastructure sectors.</p><br/><p><b>Overview:</b></p><ol><li>Lead the execution of M&A deals from start to finish.</li><li>Assist in ECM execution and work with financing teams to contribute to various projects.</li><li>Assist in the origination of new deals to the team.</li><li>Mentor and guide Interns, Analysts and Associates within the team.</li></ol><br/><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ol><li>Bring industry knowledge and insight to assist in idea and origination of new deals.</li><li>Work with colleagues to create pitch materials and deliver presentations to clients, investors and broader community.</li><li>Conduct industry research keeping up to date across topics in the sector.</li><li>Supervision and guidance to more junior team members, taking responsibility for their work and developing their skills.</li><li>Develop and maintain dialogue with key industry counterparts and clients.</li></ol><br/><p><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ol><li>Strong analytical and Financial Modelling Skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance concepts along with relevant compliance and regulations.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of the sector with understanding of key players, drivers and market trends.</li><li>Track record of involvement in successful pitches and leading execution of deals.</li><li>Client focused with strong work ethic and ability to prioritise effectively.</li><li>Strong team player, willing to help others, and take responsibility for own actions.</li></ol> J-18808-Ljbffr
