We’re Yellow Fish – a brand experience agency delivering bold marketing and branding campaigns for some of the world’s leading B2B and B2C brands. With exciting projects lined up for 2025 and beyond, we’re on the lookout for a brilliant new team member to join us.

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Account Manager to be the go-to lead across multichannel marketing campaigns and brand projects. You’ll sit at the heart of the action owning day-to-day delivery, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring campaigns land on time, on budget, and with impact. Reporting to the Business Director, you’ll work closely with our internal studio and trusted partners to bring bold ideas to life.

You’ll need agency-side experience at Account Manager level, with a track record of delivering across both B2B and B2C campaigns. You’re organised, solutions-focused, and a natural communicator—someone who thrives on spinning plates, building trust, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery of multichannel marketing and branding campaigns across varied B2B and B2C accounts
  • Lead end-to-end project management—scoping, planning, budgeting, timelines, and reporting
  • Build trusted client relationships, managing expectations and delivering with impact
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to bring ideas to life on time and on budget

You have proven agency experience as at Account Manager level. A strategic thinker and problem solver, you’re skilled at managing projects simultaneously. Key qualities include:

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational and project management expertise.
  • Own balancing workload with personal well-being and being able to stay calm in stressful situations. Doesn’t get flustered easily!
