Burleigh Court Hotel
Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week) working 5 over 7 days

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our front of house team at Burleigh Court Hotel. In this key role, you will lead on all food and beverage operations with the focus on our brand new 1.5 million pounds restaurant, Fifty the Street and Carney and Scott’s Bar, where you will be responsible for creating the highest level of guest experience, managing the day-to-day operations with a focus on exceptional quality and guest service. You will train, engage, and mentor the team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, whilst building strong relationships with our guests.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, who can communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Together with your relevant experience of running a high volume, fast-paced food and beverage operation, you will have solid knowledge of food and beverage trends and offerings, and an understanding of stock control.
