The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join us to support the work of a growing commercial litigation team. A key role will be working within the debt recovery team supporting the team to drive cases forward to a successful outcome and draft updates and advice to clients about options for debt recovery.
Responsibilities will also include helping solicitors in aspects of their casework including (although, this is not an exhaustive list):-

General case management of general civil litigation;

Reviewing evidence and summarising findings;

Drafting general correspondence and documents including witness statements and court documents;

Proof reading documents;
-
Undertaking research;
-
Liaison with clients and analysing evidence received in order to advise the client;

Working to a chargeable hours target.
Supervision, support and relevant training will be provided although the successful applicant will also be encouraged, where appropriate, to use their own initiative.
Candidates should have:

A 2:1 undergraduate degree;

Ideally an LPC/SQE or BVC qualification (LPC/SQE would be preferred but is not essential)

Strong IT skills;

Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines;

Excellent written skills;

Good administration skills; and

Good communication skills;
