Love working with little learners? We are seeking a dedicated EYFS LSA to join our Early Years team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting children aged 3-5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support learning within the EYFS framework
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Provide 1:1 and group support, including for children with additional needs
- Foster social, emotional, and academic development
- Experience in Early Years as an EYFS LSA, TA, or Early Years Educator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3) preferred
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday in Horley
- Committed to safeguarding and child welfare
