Well-regarded commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Barrister NQ β 4 yearsβ PQE/Call. The team is expanding and looking for an enthusiastic lawyer to join their growing dispute resolution team.
The types of Litigation the successful candidate will undertake will be varied and will include:
- commercial litigation
- civil fraud
- insolvency
- construction disputes
- professional negligence
- regulatory investigations
- public law
- reputation management
You will have a varied caseload, assisting the team with larger cases, plus managing and progressing your own caseload (with an appropriate level of Partner supervision depending on your PQE). Our client is seeking energetic lawyers with good attention to detail and the ability to provide proactive, commercially astute advice.
You will also be expected to assist with marketing initiatives and business development activities (internally and externally) to raise the profile of the team. If you are already qualified, you will have experience in one or more areas of the types listed above, and if you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Commercial Litigation (or another type of commercially-related litigation).
