The Technology and Transformation team drives the evolution of AllSaints, ensuring our projects are delivered with precision and impact. We are looking for a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Lead to support our complex technology and transformation projects, guiding them through all phases of delivery. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining robust PMO frameworks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Prior experience in leading PMO functions within a fast-paced environment and positively influencing stakeholders to achieve project goals is essential for this role.

  • Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with all teams and departments to ensure projects align with business goals.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust PMO frameworks which set the standards for delivery, including methodologies, standards, and processes.
  • Overseeing project governance, including defining structures and overseeing the delivery of portfolio reporting.
  • Providing constructive advice and support to project managers, ensuring projects are delivered effectively.
  • Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Setting the standard for business case creation and presentation, supporting project teams through the process.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and data management across all projects.
  • Supporting with project reporting, tracking, and scheduling in Transformation & Technology projects.
  • Delivering training on PMO processes and project management best practices.
  • Collaborating with Global Head of Transformation, Global Head of Technology Delivery, and IT Director, NA to build and maintain the transformation roadmap.
  • Any ad-hoc activities as required.

You have a strong foundation in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and are confident in navigating complex projects. You understand the importance of data integrity and strive for accuracy in all aspects of project management. You are tech-savvy and proficient in using project management software (Jira, MS Project, etc.) and data visualisation tools. An active user of digital tools, with proven ability to leverage them for project success. Strong business acumen – you understand the impact of projects on business goals.
