An exciting opportunity awaits a Trade Mark Attorney to join a leading City firm. The Trade Marks practice offers comprehensive trade mark portfolio management across all aspects of trade mark protection and enforcement. The firm's clients are diverse, ranging from private individuals to global corporations in various industries, including consumer goods, technology, life sciences, artistic works, fashion, and hospitality, among others. This Trade Mark Attorney position is a newly created role within the team, reflecting the practice's growth trajectory, and will encompass a broad range of responsibilities across transactional, advisory, and contentious matters.
Experience required:
- A background in a well-regarded trade mark practice
- Be a qualified trade mark attorney (ideally NQ - 2PQE)
- A relevant university qualification - law degree (or related), or post-graduate qualification in a related field
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
