This is an exciting opportunity with one of the leading players in technology component manufacuring and distribution with a reputation for delivering their services with high quality customer care.

Responsibilities:

  • Using your vision and insight, you will be primarily responsible for setting and implementing the strategy across the operational areas of the Group including finance, compliance, risk and administration.

  • Acting as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions. You will be responsible for keeping up to speed on all development areas to enhance the groups competitive position.

  • Leading a unified empowered operational team and measuring the efficiency of the company’s operational processes.

  • Monitoring, communicating and advising the group on relevant regulation and legislation, ensuing policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with the strategy, culture and vision.

  • Developing and controlling operational budgets to ensure required resources are in-line with business objectives.

  • Comfortable multi-tasking, resilient and calm under pressure

  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and detail driven

  • Seasoned professional with diverse background (ideally finance, legal, compliance)

  • A strong track record in scaling-up organisations is crucial

  • Confidence in your leadership skills along with a passion, drive and commitment to deliver

  • A proven track record in running operations across different regions, ideally countries
