We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our incredible In-Room Dining Team at Pan Pacific London. As an In-Room Dining Supervisor in In-Room Dining, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
- Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses, and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
- Accurately record all orders delivery
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
- Ensure that trolleys and trays are promptly removed from guest rooms and corridors
- Perform opening and closing duties for each shift, and check on the same for waiters.
