We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented IT Application Support professional to join a leading automotive company. Job Overview In this role you will play a vital part in maintaining and supporting IT systems hardware and software. You will be responsible for troubleing technical issues managing user accounts and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external endusers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems strong problemsolving abilities and a genuine pion for technology. Additionally you will manage small projects and workstreams collaborating with various business units to gather requirements for new systems and improvements to existing ones. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical project teams ensuring successful implementation and progress tracking. You will also support system integration testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and training initiatives. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to endusers including troubleing hardware software and network issues. ist with the installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems and software applications. Manage user accounts including setting up new accounts resetting pwords and configuring access permissions. Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory including desktops laptops printers and peripherals. Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity and security. Doent technical procedures system configurations and troubleing steps. Collaborate with the IT team to implement improve and support new technologies and upgrades. Provide training and support to employees on ITrelated issues and best practices. ist with ITrelated projects as needed. Requirements A degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent work experience. 36 years IT work experience preferably in Automotive industry but not essential. Working experience of Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred. Knowledge of Power BI and SAP or other ERP system will be beneficial. Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus. Basic project management ss and business yst ss Basic knowledge of operating systems and common business software applications. Strong problemsolving and ytical ss with the ability to trouble technical issues. Excellent communication ss and the ability to work effectively with endusers of varying technical expertise. Detailoriented with strong organisational ss and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Certification (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified IT Specialist) is a plus. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years IT work experience, preferably in Automotive industry but not essential.
