Full Time, Permanent, Specialist Speech and Language Therapist job vacancy. This vacancy is located directly between (and commutable from) Stevenage in Hertfordshire and Cambridge, Cambridgeshire and on the main train line.

Benefits:

Duties:

  • You will be working with a very passionate multi-disciplinary team carrying out initial assessments as well as ongoing reviews for students with speech, language, and communication difficulties.
  • You will develop and implement communication plans and deliver interventions, both 1:1 and in small groups.
  • You will also supervise and support other Speech and Language Therapists, Therapy assistants and wider support staff.

Criteria:

  • The successful candidate must be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPC.
  • Must hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
  • 2 Years post graduate experience working as a Speech & Language Therapist.
  • Experience of working with Children & Young people with learning disabilities.
  • Experience of working with Children with an ASC.
  • Experience of delivering provision through EHCP Process.
