As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will:
Collaborate with the electronic monitoring tagging team during daily operations.
Assist in the installation, maintenance and decommissioning of electronic monitoring devices in individuals’ homes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Build valuable communication and problem-solving skills while contributing to public safety.

Assignment Details:
Working Pattern: Up to 37.5 hours per week.
Shifts: Coverage is required 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most shifts run from 4 pm to 2 am (7.5-hour shifts). Shifts are issued based on business needs.
Training: 1-day online training and induction provided.
Pay Rate: £11.56 per hour (PAYE)
You must reside within a 30 minutes drive to one of the following poscod areas: B33, B44, B5, B63
