JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client, who is looking for an Estates Administration Assistant with experience in a lettings or estate agency setting. Due to the expansion of the company, our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who can be client facing as well as undertaking all administration tasks.

ROLE PROFILE:
- Assisting in the management of client estates and rental properties.
- Overseeing Health & Safety compliance on all properties.
- Keeping accurate and up to date information on the company CRM system.
- Administration of all rental documentation; including tenancy agreements & insurance.
- Producing advertisements for clients.
- Conducting viewings of rental properties.
- Communicating with both clients and tenants regularly in a professional manner.
- Raising and issuing invoices for management fees.
- Occasional reception cover and general administrative tasks.
Skills & Attributes:
- MUST HAVE lettings or estate agency experience.
- Organised with excellent organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Excellent IT skills in MS Office.
- Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve.
- Driving license and car owner as travel to client sites is expected.
