Our Role

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Analyst to join our Optimisation team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online customer journey, boosting conversion rates and sharing learnings across different teams by leading on the data analysis of the Website, App and our AB tests. Deliver regular KPI reporting and conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover insights and inform the Optimisation roadmap. Support Product, UX, and Trade teams with site performance analysis to guide wider development. Utilise Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and Dynamic Yield for data analysis. Act as the technical expert on site tagging and tracking to ensure data accuracy.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and maintaining performance dashboards, reports, and business KPIs.
  • Run weekly website reporting, AB test analysis, and share findings and recommendations with Trade, Content, Production, and UX teams via clear presentations.
  • Lead monthly stakeholder sessions to review Optimisation performance.
  • Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners across Web and App to translate business requirements into analytics requirements, ensuring they are reflected accurately in data and reporting.
  • Own the upkeep of the Insights Hub, ensuring it remains a reliable, up-to-date source of data, insights, and optimisation learnings.
  • Helping manage and maintain site tracking and tagging via Adobe Launch.
  • Identify data gaps, recommend solutions, and ensure best-practice implementation, especially within the Data Layer.
  • Research and analyse industry Conversion Rate Optimisation use cases to identify best practices, emerging trends, and optimisation opportunities for the business.
  • Partner with colleagues with ad-hoc Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare queries.
  • Support with the management of our 3rd party Analytics agency.
  • Align with the wider Insight team to ensure consistency and sharing of findings.

The skills and experience you'll need

  • Analytical: Strong proficiency in data analysis with experience in Adobe Analytics and ideally other web analytics tools including Contentsquare.
  • Technical: Strong technical experience of data implementation and experience of using a Tag Management System such as Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful information and stories through dashboards, commentary and presentations.

  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and AB testing measurement techniques.
  • Naturally inquisitive and enjoys problem solving.
