Residential Surveyor Private Practice Berkshire / Oxfordshire – £70-90k OTE

Were working with a highly reputable, long established, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire an additional full time Residential Surveyor as follows:

• Ideally MRICS / FRICS qualified, but keen to hear from experienced AssocRICS qualified Surveyors too
• Building Surveying background preferred, General Practice considered with good building pathology knowledge
• Coverage of RG and OX postcodes (or one/the other to suit) with long established offices in both (should you wish to base yourself out of either)
• Entirely private workload (no panel/lender work)
• L2 and L3 Surveys alongside New Build Snagging Reports and Private Valuations for a range of purposes (Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial etc.)
• Strictly low volume / high quality focus (either 1x Survey or 2-3 valuations per day)
• Lots of repeat business / referral work from local agents
• Business has been established over 50 years, highly regarded and therefore providing excellent security.

Remuneration includes:

• c£60k basic
• £5400 car allowance
• 15% of all fees (net of vat) in excess of low threshold
• Future equity opportunity
• BUPA
• Life Insurance
