Salary: £19,200-£29,016 per annum, DOE + Benefits!

Contract: Fixed Term Hours - Monday to Friday (available hours 30/40/45)

The Role

You’ll play a key part in delivering a fun, stimulating and nurturing environment for the children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Whether you're fully trained, you’ll have opportunities to grow your skills and develop your career in early years education.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and supervision of activities to promote learning and development.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
  • Maintaining accurate learning journey records for key children and sharing developmental progress with parents and carers.
  • Ensuring a safe, clean and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Assisting with daily routines including meal times, toileting, and outdoor play.
  • Supporting colleagues, students and volunteers within the setting.
  • Promoting a positive atmosphere that supports each child's emotional well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to welcome a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner! You will also have:

  • A warm and caring nature with a genuine passion for early years education.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures (or a willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good time management, flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • A team-oriented approach and a desire to make a difference in children’s lives.
