We work closely with clients in construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure, ensuring they have the right tools to get the job done efficiently. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting the service department, ensuring the smooth coordination of plant maintenance, repairs, and compliance. You will work closely with engineers, depot staff, and customers to maintain efficient and accurate service records while providing top-quality administrative support. Key Responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and breakdown jobs across our fleet of plant machinery. * Act as the first point of contact for internal and external service enquiries. * Maintain and update service records, job sheets, and compliance documents. * Liaise with engineers to ensure job completion and accurate reporting. * Track service schedules and issue reminders for planned maintenance. * Process purchase orders, invoices, and warranty claims. * Ensure all plant and equipment remains compliant with safety and regulatory standards. * Support depot operations with general administrative tasks as required Skills & Experience * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within plant hire, construction, or a similar technical environment. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and service management systems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. * A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail.
