Join our client as their Head of Property and Facilities (HPF) and lead the maintenance and operation of our iconic Grade I listed building in the heart of London. About Them Our client has been at the forefront of science and education for over 200 years. Their historic premises are a vibrant hub, serving as a museum, public events venue, café, and office space for staff and commercial tenants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned organisation dedicated to inspiring curiosity and shaping the future. The Role As HPF, you will: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and operation of our clients Grade I listed building. Lead a team, including a Multi-skilled Technician and Front of House staff, to deliver excellent service to tenants, staff, and visitors. Manage a £1 million facilities budget and £1 million tenant income while ensuring operational efficiency. Serve as the clients Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
