Role: * Leadership opportunity with the potential for progression. * Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and improving the performance of a high volume, fast moving 'blue collar' operation. * You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement. * You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve. * This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to improve performance. Remuneration: £35,000 – 45,000 + Bonus
