Key Responsibilities:
Deal Execution:
- Conduct due diligence, including market, financial, and operational analysis.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with advisors and consultants during deal processes.
Portfolio Management:
- Support portfolio company management teams in driving operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on portfolio company performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
Deal Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
- Build relationships with intermediaries, advisors, and management teams.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives, including market research and developing investment theses.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 4–6 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a top-tier advisory firm (Can be in combination with TAS / Audit or other relevant fields). Exposure to mid-market transactions or private equity is advantageous.
- Sectors: Ideally, experience with Business Services, Tech and/or Healthcare
- Education: Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Skills: Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
