LCL Export Operator

Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for an LCL Export Operator to join their office in Basildon.\\n\\nDuties Will Include:\\n• Planning of container loads for specific destinations\\n• Process bookings using operating system\\n• Ensure full compliance of appropriate legislation and regulations and all documentation relevant to the movement of cargo\\n• Respond promptly to comments queries & feedback\\n• Liaise with Customer Service staff on specific booking requirements as necessary\\n• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, CFS and transport suppliers\\n• Manage Customs processes necessary for the export of shipments\\n\\nEssential Requirements:\\n• A methodical approach and ability to co-operate with colleagues\\n• Excellent communication skills with an understanding of the importance of attention to detail\\n• A flexible, hands on approach to work and willing to complete a variety of tasks\\n• Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.\\n• Ability to multi-task, prioritise your workload effectively
