Income Officer

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Income Officer to join my client’s team on a temporary, ongoing contract. To be successful in the Income Officer role you’ll need: Experience in Income management and debt recovery/collection, including negotiating repayment arrangements, providing welfare benefit and money advice and preparing applications for court. Knowledge and experience of working as an Income Office within Social Housing Effective decision making skills, a confidential approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
