Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistants Required for 1:1 Support

Empowering Learning requires several Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a SEN school in the Middlesbrough area \\n\\nRole Details:\\n\\nLocation: Middlesbrough area\\nHours: 5 days a week, 8:00 AM – 16:00 PM\\nStart Date: ASAP with potential for temp to perm\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nSupervise and care for children in the classroom.\\nAssist the lead teacher with the curriculum and activities.\\nSupport the social, emotional, and cognitive development of the children.\\nMaintain a clean and safe environment.\\nAssist with personal care \\nExperience of behaviours that challenge \\nSupport students with PMLD, ASC and SEMH \\nCommunicate with parents and provide updates on the child's progress.\\nCollaborate with the teaching team to create a positive learning atmosphere.\\n\\nQualifications and Requirements:\\n\\nMinimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.\\nPrevious experience of supporting young children.\\nStrong communication skills for interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.\\nPatience, empathy, and passion for working with young children.\\nAbility to work as part of a team and follow directions.\\nBasic understanding of child development principles.\\nDBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.If you meet the above criteria then please apply \\n\\nINDTEES
