Job Title: Multi Trade Joiner Location: Tower Hamlets, London Salary: Competitive  + Benefits Contract: Permanent Are you an experienced Multi Trade Joiner looking for a stable, long-term opportunity working on empty properties? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our Voids team in Tower Hamlets, delivering high-quality maintenance and refurbishment work across a variety of empty residential properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a wide range of joinery tasks in empty homes, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen and bathroom installations. Undertake general maintenance and repair works including minor plumbing, plaster patching, and tiling to bring properties up to a lettable standard. Ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Work closely with the Voids team to meet tight deadlines and turnaround times. Liaise professionally with supervisors, contractors, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Carpentry/Joinery (or relevant experience). Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance and refurbishment work on empty properties or voids within social housing or local authority contracts. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Full UK driving licence (essential).
