We are thrilled to be partnering with a brand-new Quick Service Restaurant concept set to launch its flagship site in Plymouth. This marks the beginning of an ambitious multi-site development plan, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead the charge from day one.

The Role:

As the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of this launch, leading not only the daily operations but also contributing to strategic decisions that will shape the brand's future. This role offers the unique opportunity to build the foundation of a multi-site business from its very first store, with a clear path to Multi-Site Management within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the Plymouth site, ensuring smooth operations, high standards of service, and brand consistency.
  • Build a team from the ground up. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff who reflect the brand's values and customer-first approach.
