Our unique three-year programme aims to identify and develop graduates into future Finance Managers.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of key functions acquiring knowledge and understanding in specialist areas such as Reporting, Business Partner Analysis and Decision Support, Financial Operations Support, Regulatory and Gaming Support, and Support Services., Embarking on a programme, designed to accelerate your knowledge and skills through learning and development.
Participating in a rotational scheme, which introduces you to our key functions and colleagues within Finance.
Dealing with one or more mentors from our Senior Management team from day one of your programme.
Assisting with project work with opportunities to grow within the team.
