As a Supply HLTA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support across the school, stepping in to assist with teaching and learning in the absence of regular staff. You will work closely with teachers to support students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. Your role will include assisting with lesson delivery, managing classroom behaviour, and helping to create an engaging and productive learning environment., * Support the class teacher in delivering planned lessons and activities.

Provide targeted support for students with additional needs, ensuring they are fully engaged in learning.
