Projects Manager (Mechanical) Dublin Our client is a well-established and thriving specialist mechanical services contractor undertaking the supply and installation of prefabricated and modular mechanical / HVAC and energy solutions across Ireland, UK and Europe This organisation works across multiple industry sectors including hotels, residential, data centres and pharmaceutical sectors. We are now seeking a Project Manager to join the team based in the head office. The role would be to manage the delivery of a project from early design phase to handover PC. Your team would generally consist of a Project coordinator, Mechanical Construction Managers, Site Engineers & Supervisors, and the wider installation team. The successful candidate would be working in conjunction with an established commercial project management team and alongside the in-house M&E design team, who operate with the latest Revit, AutoCAD & MEP 3D design packages, hence previous experience working on commercial M&E projects at a management level is essential. The role will be head office based but will require occasional travel to visit sites which could be Ireland, UK or Europe (Germany). This travel would be fully expensed Key Responsibilities
