We have a great opportunity for a Host to join The Midland Hotel - Manchester, working in the new Mount Street Dining Room & Bar serving food and drink from early morning to late evening, bringing together a bit of Northern hospitality with contemporary design. This will be the place for everyday special occasions.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring the highest levels of guest service experience.
- Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional execution.
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives & targets.
- Collaborate with immediate reports to control costs and inventory, attaining productivity and performance levels.
