CHARTERED PLANNER /SENIOR TOWN PLANNER An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a talented and ambitious Senior Town Planner to join a busy and dynamic Planning team in Shropshire! My client is a specialist planning consultancy offering a full range of planning and development related services and advice. My client holds a wealth of experience in promoting land and development opportunities for a range of clients including single individuals as well as large scale developers. The busy and dynamic team work on a number of projects that range from small-scale residential domestic schemes to complex and high-value commercial, retail, residential and leisure developments. My client tailors each approach to suit each individual project and look further than the Town Planning process, appreciating wider commercial demands and pressures, and thus being able to promote long-term objectives in the most pragmatic and cost-effective way! The team offer a host of planning services, some of which include the following: preparation and submission of planning applications, planning appeals, public inquires and acting as expert witness. enforcement and lawful development certificates. planning appraisals and feasibilities. Land promotion. local plan site promotion and representation, and general development advice and strategy.
