Energy Senior Associate, International Firm, London

A leading international firm is seeking a senior associate with strong experience in energy and infrastructure to join its market-leading Energy & Infrastructure team in London.

The role involves advising on high-profile, cross-border energy and natural resources projects, with a particular focus on the oil and gas sector. The team is known for its work on complex transactions involving upstream, midstream and downstream assets, and regularly acts for governments, sponsors, and financial institutions on the development, financing, acquisition and restructuring of major projects. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, and will be expected to lead transactions, manage workstreams, and develop client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years' post-qualification experience, a strong academic background, and proven technical expertise in international projects and energy transactions. Experience gained at a top-tier City or international firm is preferred.

Senior Associates in the team are expected to play a visible role in client management and business development, supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
