The role: Support operational areas of the business – warehouse/driving/retail Management of 2 staff – Develop, mentor and support their growth Oversea HRIS – responsible for data, analytics, reporting and action planning Support and partner Senior leaders within operational areas of the business in absence, performance, employee relations Leadership development – support management teams in upskilling them to support higher performance within their teams Implementation of new policies – Ensure policies are up to date, inline with current changes, and regularly review and implement. Support HR Business Partner is the roll out and implementation of all HR initiatives around Engagement & Wellbeing, Talent, Succession.
