Sous Chef Melton Mowbray Straight Shifts 35K + Tips
We are hiring a Sous Chef for this Luxury Health Spa serving popular healthy dishes for customers on a Health Kick or Pamper day
The role will involve working alongside the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef helping to run the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring that the team of Chef de Parties and Commis are completing food preparation and cooking to the set standards
The menus are creative and frequently changing, with a big enough team to prepare and cook everything fresh daily, service is organised and fast paced serving upto 200 guests daily
We are looking for a somebody who is calm, likes to be organised and who has previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, somebody with pastry skills would be of particular interest
Location
Possible temporary live in available if required Applicants will need to live in the Melton Mowbray, Wymeswold, Asfordby, Keyworth, Loughborough, Sileby, Barrow upon Soar, Syston or Thurmaston area with their own transport
Base Salary of upto £35,000 (39 hour working week)
Share of Staff Tips (approx £1,200 per year)
