Commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit two Corporate Tax & Incentives lawyers of 0 to 2 and 3 or more years’ PQE and our client will consider candidates looking to work on a full-time or part-time basis.
Specialising in Corporate Tax and Incentives, you will be expected to develop (over time) into a sector expert and eventually be viewed as a business advisor by the team’s clients. You will work closely with the Partners in the team on larger matters and run your own caseload of smaller Corporate Tax and Incentives matters (with an appropriate level of Partner supervision depending on your PQE).
Furthermore, you will also be expected to actively engage and assist business development initiatives and marketing activities of the team.
If you are already qualified, the ideal applicants will have experience in both Corporate Tax and Incentives law, but our client will also welcome applications from candidates with experience in just one of these practice areas but with a desire to undertake both (a broad understanding of UK Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT and Stamp Duty Land Tax would also be useful). Newly-qualified candidates will ideally have undertaken a seat in either Corporate Tax or Employee Incentives/Share Schemes.
