Further to Jameson Legal meeting in person with this City firm, we are exclusively instructed on a new 3+ PQE Criminal Defence role.
Our client specialises in business crime and fraud, regulatory litigation, extradition and general criminal work. The optimal candidate will have a practice which is predominantly FCA cases, ideally with the FCA's supervisory department, acting for corporates. This could include experience working at the FCA itself, but not necessarily. This experience will include regulatory work, not solely enforcement.
The new joiner will undertake a broad role, working with all the partners. The workload will therefore cover all the areas mentioned above, leading to a great variety of work. Every partner has been recognised as a leader in their respective field. Consistently ranked in the top tier by the legal directories, the team has significant experience in dealing with complex criminal investigations, prosecutions and litigation.
