A leading international firm is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its highly regarded Employment practice based in London.

The role involves advising on a broad spectrum of employment matters for a diverse client base, ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations across sectors such as retail, financial services, FMCG, media, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will support clients on both UK-specific and international mandates, including global policy drafting, restructurings and redundancies, TUPE, changes to terms and conditions, and employment aspects of corporate transactions. The role also offers the opportunity to engage in contentious work, including Employment Tribunal litigation. You will work closely with renowned partners and global colleagues, contributing to high-profile and complex matters with regular client contact.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, with a strong academic background and proven ability to manage matters independently. Experience gained at a top-tier City or international firm is preferred. A sound understanding of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues is essential, alongside experience in advising on multi-jurisdictional projects and corporate support.
