This is a full-time position with a excellent pay rate of £50.00 per hour, available immediately and lasting until at least March 2025. Key Responsibilities: * Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications om ward rounds. * Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on drug therapy. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. * Dispensary * Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medications as necessary. * Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication management and safety. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications: * Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). * Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting. * Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
