This role requires advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the data analysis team to deliver high performance. Manage and update housing asset data systems. Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback. Coach and support staff development. Recommend service improvements based on data insights. Communicate effectively with elected members and partners.
