Shangri-La, The Shard, invites you to join our team as aGuestExperienceAmbassador. As the first point of contact for our valuedguests, you'll be instrumental in setting the stage for unforgettable moments during their stay.

Our guests dine with unparalleled views across London, capturing the citys most historic area, inclusive of Tate Modern, St. Pauls Cathedral, and Borough Market. As a valued member of our team you will be integral to our guests experience from the off-set and our team will ensure you have everything you need to succeed in your career with us. Who are we looking for?

If you have experience in hotels that would be an advantage however the main thing we are looking for is someone that has the right attitude and thrives best when working in a customer facing environment. If you want to begin your career in hospitality this is the perfect foot in the door with realistic steps for you to grow within the company and develop.

You will need to have:

  • Impeccable appearance

What will I do?

  • WarmGuestWelcome: Greetguests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • GuestAssistance: Handleguestrequests with efficiency and courtesy, prioritizing F&B reservations and other inquiries
  • Communication Handling: Resolveguestconcerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and integratedguestexperience.
  • Exceptional Service Delivery: Anticipate and fulfilguestneeds to create a personalised and memorableexperience.
