Non-contentious Construction lawyers NQ - 1 & 4+ years\' PQE BRISTOL

Commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit two non-contentious Construction lawyers – one of 0 to 1 and the other of 4 or more years’ PQE. Amongst other things the team deals with clean energy projects and, by way of example, they deal with matters such as: • BESS/Solar Supply Agreements and EPC contracts • O&Ms & LTSAs • Component Warranties • Clean energy project developments, acquisitions and disposals • Familiarity with technologies including BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure and/or district heating would also be an advantage.

Clients include world-renowned battery manufacturers/integrators on complex transactions that span both UK and Europe. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of clean energy projects including supporting on transactions which will include, drafting documents (bespoke, FIDIC/MF/1 forms) and negotiating relevant forms. If you are already qualified, candidates will have construction and/or projects experience, with experience in renewables or with a strong interest in transitioning into clean energy workstreams. If you are a newly-qualified candidate, you will have undertaken a seat in either Construction or Projects law.
