What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
- Prior experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- A passion for delivering exceptional early years education and care.
- A current Enhanced DBS that is registered on the Update Service.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and a child-centred approach.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to a supportive and inspiring environment.
