Our client, a leading manufacturer in West Yorkshire, seeks to appoint a Production Manager to take overall responsibility for manufacturing and engineering operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and motivate a team of supervisors (6) and charge hands (10) alongside having overall responsibility for 100+ operators and technicians across two sites. The successful Production Manager will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in a manual final assembly process.
