My client is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Lee-on-the-Solent office.

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise work, confidence to work within a fast-paced environment, and good attention to detail. Proven experience in managing their own caseload is required.

Assistant support may be provided or the candidate could work on a self-sufficient basis.

The successful candidate will need to have several years’ experience working as a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, a good level of technical knowledge, and will preferably have knowledge of case management systems.
