My client, a London based financial services organisation specialised in derivatives trading is looking to hire a Documentation specialist into their London legal team. Responsibilities will include: – Drafting, reviewing and negotiating master trading documentation (ISDA, CSA), terms of business and novation agreements as well as broader commercial contracts (software licensing agreements, NDAs etc) The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience within a similar role in financial services.
