We are working in partnership with a highly regarded and long-established London law firm to recruit a dynamic and experienced Property Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected team handling a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters in the heart of Central London.
The Role:
- Managing your own caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion, working across a variety of clients, including individuals, investors, SMEs, and commercial landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Managing commercial property transactions, such as leases, acquisitions and disposals, and refinancing.
- Advising clients on a broad spectrum of property-related legal issues.
- Conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts and lease terms.
- Working closely with partners, clients, agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to ongoing team development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ to 2 years PQE preferred, but all levels considered).
- Solid experience handling both residential and commercial property files.
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence in dealing directly with clients.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach.
