We are looking for an ambitious and reliable Assistant Kitchen Manager who has a proven track record in maintaining high standards and developing teams to join our Cuban familia. You will be instrumental in leading and nurturing the talent in your team and delivering an amazing guest experience. You will be an excellent communicator, and work with your Kitchen Manager to drive revenue and success from your kitchen, control stock and GP, build and develop a high-performing team, and maintain H&S and brand standards.
